What does this mean?
As an organisation, we have clear procedures documented for every department, from production, to warehousing, to customer service. This means that anyone coming into the business could virtually read our procedures manual and know how to operate the department.
Our business is audited by Sci-Qual International every 9 months to ensure that our procedures are relevant and up-to-date.
We are very proud to have maintained our ANS/NZ ISO 9001:2000 accreditation over so many years and will continue to work hard to ensure that it is maintained in the future.
